Join the Autism Support of Alabama’s Junior Board, a unique opportunity for young professionals to make a meaningful impact in our community! Our Junior Board is dedicated to supporting our mission to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

As a member of the Junior Board, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, network with like-minded individuals, and make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. Our Junior Board meets at least quarterly to discuss upcoming events and initiatives, share ideas, and plan for the future.

Responsibilities of Junior Board members include attending meetings, participating in two fundraising events per year, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization through recruitment of sponsors, vendors, and donated items. Members are also expected to pay annual dues to support Junior Board functions.

One of the key objectives of our Junior Board is to support Autism Support of Alabama’s major events, including the Funky Fish Fry and Bankston Bash, among others. By planning and volunteering at these events and helping to recruit additional support, Junior Board members play a critical role in the success of our organization.

We believe that the Junior Board is an important part of our organization, as it provides young professionals with a unique leadership opportunity to engage with our cause, build their skills, and make a positive impact in the community. By working together, we can create a brighter future for individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

To become a member of the Junior Board, interested candidates must complete an application and meet certain requirements. Guidelines for participation and additional information can be found on our application.

Join us in our mission to support individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder in Alabama. We look forward to welcoming you to our Junior Board!
